CHRISTMAS MENU 2024.
Butternut squash and clementine soup, mini granary roll and butter.
Smoked mackerel, potato and horseradish terrine, cornichons, toasted ciabatta.
Creamy goats’ cheese and beetroot salad, pickled baby onions, toasted pine nuts, honey and lemon dressing.
Pan fried chicken livers, smoked bacon lardons, chestnut mushrooms, cream and brandy sauce, sourdough crouton.

Pan fried sea bass fillet, warm salad of new potatoes, roast chestnuts and bacon, sage butter dressing.
Roast breast of free-range Norfolk turkey, sage, onion and apricot stuffing, pigs in blankets, goose fat roast potatoes and parsnips, Vichy carrots, savoy cabbage, Brussel sprouts, braised red cabbage, turkey gravy.
Slow braised Ox Cheek, horseradish and chive mash, roasted root vegetables, red wine sauce.
Puff pastry feuilletée, wild mushrooms, spinach and puy lentils, ratatouille sauce.

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce, cream or custard. Chocolate and Baileys cheesecake.
Warm pecan and bourbon tartlet, honeycomb and vanilla ice cream.
Crème brûlée with cranberry shortbread.
Norfolk Mardler goats’ cheese, Lincolnshire Cote Hill blue, Welsh Black Bomber Cheddar celery, frozen grapes, onion compote & biscuits. (£5.00 supplement).
