Every year we organise a very popular christmas Draw.
It started very low key many years ago and has gradually increased in size and popularity culminating in this years draw which was the best ever!
We buy some of the prizes, but many are now generously donated by friends and suppliers.
There are 1000 tickets available, the “board” goes up in the bar about the second week of November. This year the tickets were £2.50 each.
We managed to raise £1220.00 from the draw which is being split between MacMillan Cancer Support and the Marie Curie Nurses charities.
The evening itself is great fun and always really well attended…..buy your tickets early for next year as we were completely sold out about 12 days before the event this year!
