This was our Menu for November 2012
TO START
CELERIAC SOUP – drizzled with truffle cream
CLASSIC MOULES MARINIERE – Mussels served hot with garlic, onions, parsley, cream and white wine
DUCK AND CHICKEN LIVER PARFAIT – served with toasted brioche and red onion confit
GOATS CHEESE GALETTE – flavoured with redcurrants and rosemary
MAIN COURSES
SEA BREAM FILLET – with a Provencale style dressing
SALMON FILLET – with a beurre blanc sauce, flavoured with dill
CHICKEN BREAST WITH ROQUEFORT – Chicken breast with a bacon and garlic stuffing, coated with a creamy Roquefort sauce
BEEF BOURGUIGNONNE – a thick slice of tender beef casseroled slowly in a rich red wine sauce, flavoured with garlic, button mushrooms, baby onions and bacon
DUCK BREAST – cooked pink and served with a caramelised orange sauce
