Roasted pepper filled with rice flavoured with toasted pine nuts, raisins, garlic, cumin and saffron

Monkfish and tiger prawn casserole in a creamy white wine and red pepper sauce
Whole sea bass with garlic, lemon and parsley
Chicken breast with a caramelised orange and mint sauce
Tender lamb casseroled with red wine, red peppers, onions, garlic, thyme and paprika
