TO START

Spicy tomato soup with mixed beans and chorizo

Mussels topped with breadcrumbs, flavoured with tomatoes, garlic, cayenne pepper and herbs

Chicken livers sauted in a creamy sauce flavoured with sherry and paprika

Roasted pepper filled with rice flavoured with toasted pine nuts, raisins, garlic, cumin and saffron

MAIN COURSES

Monkfish and tiger prawn casserole in a creamy white wine and red pepper sauce

Whole sea bass with garlic, lemon and parsley

Chicken breast with a caramelised orange and mint sauce

Tender lamb casseroled with red wine, red peppers, onions, garlic, thyme and paprika

Basque style duck breast cooked pink with a sherry, tarragon, thyme and garlic sauce
